Advocating for generational health and wellness
Bmorewell, LLC was founded to help empower individuals to seek optimal care for themselves and their loved ones. I am a Certified Care Manager (CMC) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Aging is challenging, but there are lifestyle behaviors that reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, lower morbidity and mortality, and prevent disability as you age. For many older adults, there is not enough “golden” in their golden years. My hope is to reverse this for clients.
My experience in working with older adults has taught me that maintaining independence is fundamental to life care planning. Relying on family and friends and asking for help can be extremely difficult for many of us. For those who are curious about themselves and their surroundings, and who are ready to consider new possibilities, there is no limit to what they can achieve.

Creating a comprehensive life care plan allows you or your loved one to control present as well as future needs today. Bmorewell starts the conversation on your life vision now and into your golden years. We focus on your current and future medical needs, maintaining the highest possible quality of life, and planning for contingencies should your care needs change. Our mission is to empower you to better manage and advocate for you and your loved ones' health and well-being.
Estimated time: One to four hours

Private duty care management services include supporting family caregivers as they navigate caring for aging loved ones as well as hands-on care coordination and management. Our client-centric model works in any setting, whether at home or within a care community. We are here to assess physical and mental health, social supports, safety, legal and financial documents, and service needs. Based on our review, we provide you or your loved one with recommendations, resources, and hands-on care coordination and management if requested. Our referral providers are fully vetted. As a member of the Aging Life Care™ Association, we do not accept any referral fees from service providers or facilities.
Estimated time: Two to four hours initially, followed by hourly as needed. Quarterly check-in for older adults is recommended.

Have you struggled to meet your health and fitness goals? Optimal health and well-being are achievable through making lifestyle changes that become routine. Bmorewell offers health and wellness coaching that is client-centered. We access your internal strengths and external resources to make lasting lifestyle behavior changes. With the support of a coach, our clients identify their goals, engage in self-discovery, and monitor their behavior. Coaching begins with the belief that you are the expert of you, and we are your accountability partner until your desired outcome is achieved.
Estimated time: First session, one hour. Subsequent sessions, 30 minutes. We recommend at least six, weekly sessions.
